TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO WE ARE

VEDAMSH is an independent clothing label that prints jokes on very real fabric. When we say "we", we mean the small group of people running this store. When we say "you", we mean the person about to spend money on a hoodie with a man's face on it.

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18, or that an adult with a functioning debit card has approved this decision.

2. ORDERS

An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. Adding items to the cart reserves nothing — it is a wishlist with commitment issues.

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if the pricing was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. You will be told, not ghosted.

3. PRICING AND TAXES

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Any "MRP" struck through on product pages is a stylistic joke, not a claim about market value.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay. No surprise charges appear afterwards.

4. PRODUCT ACCURACY

Product photos are mockups and lookbook shots. Colours can shift slightly between screens and printers — a cream hoodie may be a marginally different cream in person. Placement can vary by a few millimetres. That is printing, not a defect.

Sizes follow the chart on each product page. If you order XL and it fits like XL, that is a successful transaction, not grounds for a complaint.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The VEDAMSH name, artwork, photographs and designs on this site belong to us. Buying a t-shirt buys you the t-shirt, not the right to reprint it.

The person featured across this store has consented to appearing on it. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us through the contact page and we will review it promptly and take it down if warranted.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not scrape, resell, or repackage our designs. Do not use the site to harass anyone. Do not attempt to break things — several of them are already fragile.

We may refuse service to anyone who does the above.

7. LIABILITY

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including but not limited to your friends' reactions, your relatives' opinions, or being asked "kya pehen ke aaya hai".

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in India.

8. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version live on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
