WHAT WE COLLECT

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the contents of your order. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email and whatever you typed.

We do not collect your payment card details. Those go directly to our payment processor and never touch our systems.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

To take payment, print your order, ship it, and reply to you when you ask where it is. That is the entire list.

We may email you about your specific order. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Our payment processor, so money can move. Our printing and courier partners, so a box can reach your door. Our email provider, so order confirmations arrive.

We do not sell your data. There is no market for the address of someone who bought a joke hoodie, and even if there were, we would not.

COOKIES

The site stores your cart in your own browser so it survives a refresh. That is local storage on your device, not a tracking profile.

We use no advertising cookies and run no ad-network pixels.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Contact-form messages are deleted once the conversation is finished.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we must legally retain. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

SECURITY

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to the people running the store. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong we will tell affected customers rather than quietly hope nobody notices.
