SHIPPING POLICY

Everything is printed after you order it, so nothing ships the same day. Here are honest timelines instead of optimistic ones.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are printed and quality-checked within 2–4 business days. Drop releases and festival weeks run slower because everyone in the supply chain is also at a wedding.

DELIVERY TIME

Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch. Rest of India: 5–9 business days. Remote pin codes can take longer and we will tell you if yours is one of them.

These are courier estimates, not promises sworn on anyone's life.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders above the free-shipping threshold displayed at checkout ship free.

TRACKING

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. If tracking has not moved in 72 hours, message us and we will chase them so you do not have to.

FAILED DELIVERY

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody is home all three times, the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to re-ship — re-shipping charges apply.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship within India only. If you are abroad and desperate, contact us and we will quote you a number that will probably talk you out of it.

No, we cannot ask the delivery guy to also bring samosa. We have tried.
